Just select the item and quantity then add to your cart. Keep adding items and hit check out when you're done!

 

How do I pay?

In the checkout page, you can choose to pay via PayPal or manually. You will receive an email confirmation from us with the details of your order.

 

If you're paying manually- the details on how to pay will also be included in our email. Once payment is settled, we will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).

I don't have PayPal or Credit/Debit card. How do I pay?

No worries, you can pay manually! In the checkout page, just choose the manual payment option. We will send the payment information together with your order details via email.

You can pay through BPI, BDO, or Cebuana.

What are your shipping rates?

Ninja Van (Standard)

The rates are as follows:

  • Metro Manila (2-3 days) - ₱79.00

  • Rizal (3-7 days) - ₱139.00

    • Covered Areas include Taytay, Cainta, Angono, San Mateo 1&2, Ampid, Antipolo (except San Luis, San Jose, Rigles, Bosoboso, Prayer Mountain, Solid Cement, Villa Consolacion)

  • Cavite (3-7 days) - ₱139.00

    • Covered Areas include Molino 1-6, Aniban 1-3, Ligas 1-3, Bacoor, Imus, Noveleta, Cavite City, Gen. Trias, Trece Martines, Paliparan 1, Alapan 1 & 2, Kawit, Tanza, Dasmariñas (except Langkaan 1 & 2) 

  • Others/ Provincial / VisMin (3-7 days) - ₱210.00

    • All other provincial areas not listed above

 

LBC EXPRESS (Rush)

  • Metro Manila (next day delivery)- ₱160.00

  • North & South Luzon (2-3 days) - ₱195.00

  • Visayas & Mindanao (2-3 days)- ₱250.00

Do you ship internationally?​

Not at the moment, but send us a message and we can discuss how to arrange the shipping.

How long will I wait until I get my order?

Metro Manila - 2-3 business days 
Provincial - 5-7 business days

My order hasn't arrived yet. What do I do?

Since shipping is made through our partner couriers, we don't have control or visibility on the status of your shipment. However, you can track your package through the NinjaVan website (https://www.ninjavan.co/en-ph/) to check on the status of your order.

ABOUT OUR ITEMS

 

What materials are the pieces made of?

Our metal earrings are made of gold or silver plated zinc alloy.

Necklaces are made of stainless steel.

All acrylic accessories are made of lightweight acetate/acrylic.

Will they tarnish?

Since our earrings are made of either gold silver plated alloy, they will fade over time. This could be caused by our sweat and acidity levels, perfumes and other chemicals, etc. as well as how we care for them.

Stainless items however will not tarnish, just try not to expose it to too much chemicals like perfumes or bleach.

Tips on how to take care of my buys?

Storing them in an airtight plastic container will help prolong the plating of earrings. We also advise to clean it with a cotton cloth after use and before storage to remove oil and dirt.

For sanitary purposes, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

The items I received are damaged, what now?

First up- really sorry about that. We do ensure that what we send you quality items so we check them before shipment. But if what you got seems a bit off or really off- just send us an email at info.hiyasph@gmail.com with the following information and we'll be glad to assist you!

Things You Need to Know

Final Order Policy

Once orders are received by our team, this will be considered final. No orders will be changed thereafter.

2 Day Payment Policy

Once order has been made, items will only be reserved within 2 working days. Payment has to be made within 2 days otherwise order will be automatically cancelled.

Shipment Policy

Shipment will be made 24 hours after payment has been made. Our store only ships every weekday. 

Follow ups will only be entertained if it exceeds the standard delivery days.

No Return Policy

Items ordered from our shop cannot be refunded or returned unless delivered damaged. Damaged items should be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
